In an article entitled “The Flying Saucer and the Quest,” published in the journal of “Religion, Politics, Et Cetera” called ARC, Rice University Professor Jeffery Kripal writes: “Vallee’s tentative ‘answers’ in his final volume are perhaps worth quoting … since it is also here that he opens the door onto greater questions. He addresses what he calls the ‘real controllers of the technology.’ Now we are talking. ‘My own guess so far is that controllers are entities lacking the human analogies we’ve been assuming, while the creatures captured so far may be low-level biological zombies.’ Whoa. ‘If they use higher dimensions, as I think I can show, they could even materialize in the sea and later emerge from there as 3D material objects.’ Whoa. This all points to ‘multi-dimensional interaction among entities long ago informed–and involved–about us.’ Whoa. In the end, this is not about propulsion, or metamaterials, or quanta. This is about the very nature of consciousness, which is far more mind-boggling than anyone is imagining.”
